This hotel is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to help us. They provided us with maps, suggested great places for the kids, and even booked us a water taxi. Our room had a lovely view of the canal and was surprisingly spacious for our family of four. It was cleaned every day with plenty of new towels provided. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is within walking distance to all the main attractions in the center of Venice. We loved starting our day with the excellent assortment of breakfast options and delicious coffee. we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to all the attractions. It was easy to get to via the water taxi from the airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and spacious room that had a beautiful view of the canal. The staff provided exceptional service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel offered great value for the price.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable for a hotel situated in the centre of Venice, right over the canal. It's comfortably near to attractions, making it convenient for walking to the main sights. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are basic but have nice beds and bathrooms. One detail I really appreciated was the freshly made cappuccino that was included in the breakfast, along with a solid amount of options and an excellent assortment of items to choose from.

I stayed at Hotel Mercurio in Venice for 3 nights with my boyfriend and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is centrally located, just minutes away from San Marco Square and all the attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even packing us breakfast when we had to leave early. The room was elegant, cozy, and clean, and the daily housekeeping was impeccable. I would definitely go back to Mercurio and recommend it to others!

The breakfast at Hotel Mercurio was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.

Additionally, the shower head in our room wouldn't stay upright, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was spacious and well-appointed.

The bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. A/C was a bonus. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in the city.
